ANGELS OF THE SPRING EQUINOX

More and more people are talking about angels and it seems that angels are coming back into our lives. Of course they never really went away but when people became rational and intellectual (left brained) and stopped using their intuition (right brain), they rather closed down the ability to see them. There are many prophecies that a time will come when we will work closely in partnership with angels again and it is thought by many that the time is now. This partnership will also help in healing the Earth. Certainly there are many groups teaching about working in cooperation with angels. I had a very interesting experience one Easter when we were staying in Bournemouth. I really became aware of the Angels of the Elements and the nature spirits who work with them.

The weather had been intensely cold but Easter Sunday was very bright and sunny. We took the opportunity to rush down to the Sea Front where we sat on a seat and enjoyed the sunshine. There had been a full moon on the Saturday evening.

The sun was shining on the sea and the tide was coming in. I watched the sunshine reflecting on the waves. The Light took the form of an Angel of Light, the Landscape Angel for the area. Suddenly I saw hundreds of water sprites and fire sprites in a dance of joy and celebration for the Resurrection of the Sun (Son). Far out to sea began a procession of silvery ‘liquid’ sprites as the rays of the Sun caught the water and the fire sprites danced on the surface. The fire sprites and water sprites began a procession on the Path of the Tide as it approached the land. Hundreds and thousands were marching together. They separated and came together again in a dance of harmony and light. They looked like stars of light making a pattern on the water. The colours were like molten silver and blue and formed patterns like old-fashioned folk dances and circle dances. Fire sprites partnered water sprites as they danced onto the land to celebrate the Resurrection, the full moon in Aries, the incoming of the tide, and the marriage of the four elements, water and earth, fire and air. As the water reached the beach, water and fire sprites leaped into the air and the procession continued, a celebration of joy beginning far out to sea, coming in to the land on the Path of the Sun and the Tide. We sat there for nearly an hour - an experience that will always live in our memories.

A meditation for you to try

Visualise the ocean. The tide is coming in and the early morning sun is shining across the sea making a path of light from the sun to you. As you look into the light, the path of light takes the form of a magnificent angel. Its aura is all light and as you look into it you can see the rainbow colours, translucent and pure. It constantly moves with the movement of the water and the reflections of the light. The waves seem to start far out to sea and you can see little lights reflecting on the water. They move nearer and nearer to the shore and begin to take on the form of little elemental beings, like fairies and water sprites. At the same time, there are also small flashes of fire like tiny flames from the fire sprites of the sun. Visualise the elementals, nature spirits, of the water, fire, air and earth dancing together to celebrate the new life of the Spring Equinox. Feel joy and enthusiasm in yourself at the thought of warm weather, longer days and more light returning to the Northern hemisphere bringing a burst of renewed life to flowers and birds, insects and butterflies. The nature spirits work with the angelic kingdom to build the form of all creation.

If you can sit by the sea to do this, the meditation may take on a greater reality for you.
