Personal Yoga Training
Personal yoga training provides a programme of yoga asanas (postures)
tailored to individual needs. A programme can be designed to:
- Improve your energy
- Work to improve particular health problems
- Provide a supplement to attendance at regular yoga classes
- Provide yoga at a time that fits more easily into your daily
or weekly schedule
About Kathleen Pepper
Kathleen has studied yoga for over forty years and taught it
for over thirty. She holds the Diploma of the Friends of Yoga Society
International (FRYOG) and the Remedial Certificate of the Yoga For
Health Foundation.
Fees
Personal Yoga session (1 hour) £40.00
(A session for couples can be arranged at no additional charge)
