Yoga and Meditation |
The classes are friendly groups of mixed ability and beginners can be accommodated. The class size is limited to nine students so individual attention is given. At the moment, there is at least one vacancy in each class.
The classes cover classical yoga asanas (postures) and include pranayama (breathing), relaxation and an introduction to meditation.
Summer term classes begin on April 1st, 2nd and 3rd, 2008. The mid term break is May 5th - 20th. The term's fees for Tuesday and Wednesday are £112 and for Thursday morning classes are £133, all payable in 2 instalments.

Kathleen has studied yoga for over forty years and taught it for over thirty. She holds the Diploma of the Friends of Yoga Society International (FRYOG) and the Remedial Certificate of the Yoga For Health Foundation.
